Sean and Michael performed a Home Inspection for us as part of a home purchase. They were professional and personable. They were extremely thorough and took the time to fully explain their findings and answer all the questions we had (I had a quite a few!) We never felt rushed or that we asked a bad question. Upon my realtors advice I chose BrickKicker’s to do a home inspection, actually two of them. The first helped identify problems with plumbing, electrical and carpentry work. Would have saved me a great deal of money had the home worked out. I had a home inspection for my first home and these 2 guys we're there before me and had already inspected the outside of the home. Then once inside it was quick but thorough, very detailed and let you know everything thing that they found as they went amd then again at the end of the inspection. James was great ! He had every appliance, light and fan running when I joined him 30 minutes into the inspection. He was thorough and documented everything as well as provided pictures and videos. He went above and beyond, I will use him again (already did use him to inspect two homes) and would recommend him to everybody.

Great job and highly recommend! Our new construction home is great but if we had opted to not have a personal inspection, we would not have noticed an issue with the furnace. Our builder is helping correct the problem but it could have been very serious if went unnoticed! Thank you for your time and diligence in making sure our home was move in ready!
