I've been a client for over 8 years and have no complaints. Very professional service and always eager to answer all of our questions. Orlando Inspex has provided the 4 point inspection as well as wind mitigation. His reports are always accurate and saved for future references or if a copy is needed. Great service. Javier came out to my property right on time, explained everything he was looking at and why what he’s checking is important to the safety and longevity of my home so I actually understand what insurance companies are looking for and wanting. I’d recommend him to anyone needed an inspection.
My current home owners insurance gave me a non-renewal notice (apparently they are no longer covering my area - reduction in high concentration area) . The steps to receive new insurance meant several steps of inspections and re-inspections. Orlando Inspex LLC sent Javier who arrived, explained what he would be doing and when completed, promptly sent me and the new insurance the required reports.
