Not only did he inspect—he educated me, offering helpful tips to keep things running smoothly and safely. His report was detailed with over 100 photos and even a video (seriously impressive). I have purchased 14 properties and I have always viewed home inspectors with a wary eye. I must say Corey is an exception to the rule. Corey was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. His experience as an insurance adjuster was valuable in that he when which areas of the home were most likely to experience issues. Corey found 2 items that needed to be corrected before we could get insurance for the home. Once the items were corrected, Corey came over the next day and updated his report showing the corrections. He did quickly and at no additional cost. I can highly recommend Corey!

I reached out to Corey for an inspection on a property. From the start he was extremely responsive and provided me with a lot of useful advice prior to even physically going into the inspection.
