Widespread Property Inspections

I recently had the pleasure of working with Scott Wells from Widespread Property Inspections, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, Scott was amazing. He arrived on time, was incredibly thorough with the inspection, and provided a detailed, professional report the very same day. The report itself was extremely comprehensive, covering not only the standard items but also pointing out potential issues that aren’t typically included in inspections. It’s clear that Scott goes above and beyond to make sure nothing is overlooked. One of the standout aspects of Scott’s service is the verbal consultation he offers after the inspection. He patiently walked me through each finding, explaining everything in simple terms that were easy to understand, even if you don’t have a technical background. I learned so much from him about what is checked during a home inspection and why it matters. Scott is also very personable, friendly, and patient, he answered all my questions without rushing and made sure I was comfortable with everything discussed. On top of all that, his pricing is very fair and competitive. It’s no surprise that he has a perfect 5-star rating with so many positive reviews. I will absolutely be hiring him again for any future home inspection needs. If you want peace of mind and a truly professional experience, look no further than Scott. You won’t be disappointed!

Scott was amazing. He showed up on time, was very thorough with his inspection, and had the report to me same day. Fair pricing as well. Highly recommend!

Scott performed a home inspection for me today. I found him very thorough and friendly. Thank you!

Thank you so much for such a thorough and complete home inspection! You were recommended as the best and we couldn't agree more!

Highly recommend Scott and Widespread Property Inspections!! In a recently conducted inspection on our new construction home, he determined that some of the tiles were not properly installed. This was later confirmed by both the installing contractor and the tile manufacturer. He even returned to do a reinspection and confirmed the new tiles were serviceable. His reasonable fee was well worth the money!!!

Scott's report was detailed and extremely helpful when deciding on a home purchase. His turnaround time was quick and pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely use his services again on our next home purchase. I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Thank you, Scott!

I have used Widespread Property Inspections for every inspection I get the chance to. They are thorough and honest. They are the best to work with!!!
