CV Home Inspections LLC

CV Home Inspections was highly recommended by our Real Estate agent. Chris and Valerie absolutely made us feel welcome during the inspection and answered all of our questions. We are moving from out of state and they offered tons of helpful advice. The final report they delivered (later on the same day of the inspection) was extremely detailed and gave us all of the confidence we needed to feel more comfortable with our home purchase. They were so kind and professional. Cant say enough great things them and their service. Bob and Daileen

Highly recommend!!! CV Home Inspections was extremely thorough, very professional, great communication, and friendly. I also appreciated the time they took to explain every little thing regarding the process and inspection itself. The inspection report was detailed and provided so much useful information. If you're looking for a quality home inspector, definitely use CV.

We hired this company as our realtor suggested this place as we were purchasing a home and needed the home inspected to make sure everything was good. A few months after purchasing the home we came across an issue since we hired someone to come take a look at our plumbing and he noticed that the water softener was completely turned off and on bypass mode which means that the water softener was not working and the homeowner put it to bypass so we wouldn’t notice. We now have to pay thousands of dollars for a whole unit replacement and this could have been avoided if they checked as the seller could have paid for it. Nowhere in the inspection notes did it talk about the softener.

This is probably the most professional duo I have used for inspecting one of our homes. They are so detailed in their report it was very easy to read and understand. They also encourage to call them if we had any questions regarding their report. We do Recommend Chris & Valerie from CV Inspections if you want a thorough and detailed inspection for your property.. Thank You, Chris & Valerie, San & Amy

Valerie is extremely polite and did her best to arrange the inspections according to our needs. Shane is very knowledgeable and thorough, i have to commend his patience because my husband and I kept asking the same question at times because we are not familiar with some of the technical stuff, he patiently repeated all the information over and over again and explained everything multiple times making sure we understood everything. We have used them twice so far and they are very detailed in their reports.

Valerie, Chris, and Shane were all WONDERFUL…I literally can’t express my gratitude enough! Valerie responded quickly with a quote and we were able to have everything scheduled and paid for with ease. Chris explained everything in an easy to understand manner, and was exceptionally accommodating to any questions and requests. Shane like-wise was very knowledgeable, honest, and kind and did a fantastic job taking note of all the various areas of concern. Just all around fantastic people and fantastic service! They’re especially knowledgeable when it comes to manufactured homes, which made the whole process even easier for us. 5 stars!

Did an inspection of heavy-up electrical work at my home. Was on time, informative , and very professional. I respect a pro that is, literally, willing to sign their work, and Chris signed off on the circuit breaker box door. Highly recommend.
