Im very happy with this inspection service - They did a thorough inspection , provided with a full detailed report within less than 24 hrs. The inspector was great. He went over any potential issues on site prior to providing report & took time to answer all of my questions. I will use this service again. Had the full inspection, plus the 4 Point inspection (required by insurance provider) in Miami Dade County.

Allied came to do our inspection for a house we are purchasing and the inspector Ryan was on time, super detailed, helpful and organized. Ryan explained everything to my husband and I and had our report even earlier than expected.

Collazo is a very pleasant person. As soon as he arrived introduced himself as the AIS inspector, handled me one of his business card, which matched his employee batch. He assured me he would do the job to the best of his knowledge and abilities. Very professional attitud,
