I was skeptical at first, But I’m glad I chose this company, Rafael was very professional in his thoroughness and knowledge. Any questions I did ask, he was able to answer them with solutions. He accommodated my timeframes with options that worked for both. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone looking for this service.

Recientemente solicité la inspección que me estaban requiriendo y de inmediato me coordinaron la visita, la oficina me facilitó en todo momento opciones de fechas y horarios que se ajustaban a mí, el inspector Alejandro Pérez fue la persona a cargo de la inspección y toda la revisión la realizó con mucho profesionalismo y rapidez, contaba con todas las herramientas necesarias para detectar cualquier irregularidad. Estoy muy satisfecho con la inmediatez y calidad del servicio y los recomiendo 100% ya que anteriormente realicé inspecciones con otras oficinas y siempre encontré muchas limitaciones.

This company is the worst!!!.. 4 month after I bought my house I call 3 different electrical contractors to get some quotes to do some work on my backyard fence lights. For my surprise they all told me that my interior of the house electrical fuse box was not up to code because was enclose into a cabinet and didn’t have the proper clearance to work on it. After I check the city codes I found out that the electrical box needs 3 feet’s of clearance to be up to code. After I call EVERYBODY (Insurance company, mortgage company, realtor that sold me the house and 3 different home inspection companies) they all told me that the person who inspected the house at the time of buying it is responsible for disclosure of any problems with the location of the electrical box. After I talk to OR Home inspection supervisor and owner they told me that is not there responsibility to inform me that the fuse box was not up to code. The owner told me to go ahead and sue them with no other alternative or reason for them not to help with the situation. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY ..... you will REGRETTED!!!
