Highly recommended and very professional . We had our new home annual warranty inspection and Kevin did a wonderful job identifying and documenting multiple issues. He was able to identify deficiencies I would have never caught on my own. Now that I have a detailed report from a qualified inspector, I can pass that on to the builder to ensure they make the necessary repairs before my warranty expires. Well worth it for under $400.00. Outstanding service from the first phone call through the inspection and post purchase. We chose to engage Aaron at 22 Home Inspect as opposed to using our realtors inspector. Everything went without a hitch and Aaron spent almost 30 minutes walking us through the findings in his inspection.
