I had an appointment to meet Richard at an inspection. Richard Kerwin arrived and walked through the property. He advised me to reschedule for another day because there were too many inaccessible areas. No extra charges, just a good honest guy..This alone is worth a 5-Star review.. Three days later, he came back to the property to do the inspection. He was punctual , has great energy and ready to do his work.The inspection was approximately 3 1/2 hours. He did a review of the report for about 45 minutes. His attention to detail, delivery, and knowledge are excellent. I highly recommend working with him.

I have had the pleasure of working with King Home Inspections and Dale twice and both times were wonderful experiences. He arrives at the property at least 3 hours before the client is expected to arrive. By the time the buyer arrives, he is pretty much done. His inspections are very thorough and he takes the time to explain everything, whether it was an issue or not. Dale doesn't just highlight the problems/issues, but he also points out the good attributes of the house. Once the inspection review is completed, Dale emails a copy of the report. I am very pleased with the inspection process with Dale and King Home Inspections.
