Anthony, our inspector, was very knowledgeable. I’m in the cleaning and restoration industry and do inspections related to water and fire damage, so familiar with the process. He was very knowledgeable and thorough as well as being a great guy. Thank you Michael, great job!

we had our inspection Thursday May 15th with Mike. He was outstanding. Very thorough, professional yet personable . Went thru everything with us in detail. We have had other inspections in the past for our homes and this was the best by far. We plan to do our re inspection in 11 months before the warranty expires with Rio and will request Mike again
