My husband and I are purchasing a home in the Sparks Nevada area. We both know how important it is to do a thorough home inspection on Any Home, even a Newly Built one ! We hired ‘Pillar to Post’ to do our inspection and met Chris Yancey, the Franchise Owner. This man is Extremely Knowledgeable and does a Deep Dive while inspecting a home. After an intense inspection, Mr Yancey took the time to Go Over all of his findings. He showed us pictures, explained each one, and pointed out the problems he found, all for an outstanding price. He even has a ‘Heat Sensor’ tool to examine potential problems hidden from the naked eye. I highly recommend, ‘Pillar to Post’, and especially Chris Yancey, for his detailed inspection work. He has supplied us with a hard copy report to go over at our leisure to put our mind at ease. This will make our decision to move forward with our purchase and possibly negotiate any serious issues that he has found. This is an Amazing company to find issues that may exist in a home you are planning to Buy. The best investment for the largest investment you will ever make !
