Used Vic to help sell a 50 year old home. Instead of just an inspection he also gave his opinions in the report. I.e. home was built with single pane windows and should think about upgrading , furnace in good condition but should think about replacing etc. He also attempted to put suggested costs for parts and repairs on several items but not all. When asked to at least remove his suggested cost of repairs he refused. He was hired for an inspection. We were not looking for estimates or his opinions on what he would upgrade. One might think he was hoping to get the business of repairs on the selected items he estimated and the items he did not estimate he did not want.

We recently had Vic inspect our home future home. He's super easy to work with, incredibly thorough, knowledgable about all the trades, and perhaps most importantly just a genuinely nice guy. His responsiveness is great and had our report to us just a couple hours after the inspection. Vic does a great job of delivering information in a neutral way for the buyer and seller, which is exactly what you want. He was thorough, detail oriented and checked every fault. He pointed out the flaws and also mentioned the strong points of the home and left it for us to decide whether we want to purchase the home or not. He makes home buying easy and thoughtful with his elaborate inspections. I definitely recommend Vic.
