Total House Inspection

We had a great experience working with Mike Prichard for our home inspection. He was very thorough and took the time to walk us through everything he found, explaining what was normal wear and tear versus things to keep an eye on. I had a great experience with THI from start to finish. The guys (Dan and Chris) who came out to the property were excellent. I had a standard home inspection w/radon testing. To the best of their ability even in limited areas hard to see, they left no stone unturned. Very thorough. Took plenty of time with me to go over every detail. Turnaround for full report was less than 24 hours. Pricing was comparable to most other companies. Would absolutely recommend.

Had Mike Prichard as an inspector. Mike did a great job, showed up early and got straight to work. Afterwards Mike went over all his findings and recommendations/solutions. A detailed report was then sent over within an hour as well. Would definitely recommend the company and Mike as an inspector!
