Forest was super professional and quick to answer our questions. We've used their services twice now, even on a pre inspected property and other things were caught by them that the other inspection missed or did not encounter which was extremely helpful. The reports provided for both radon and normal inspections are very detailed and easy to understand. Any questions we had were answered via our call as we were unable to make it in person. Definitely plan on utilizing the services of home doctors again in the future.

Forest did a very thorough job inspecting the townhouse that I bought a couple months ago. He explained what he found in a manner that I could understand and made suggestions on a few things. He provided me with documentation on everything that he found and answered all of my questions. I was even able to get the seller to contribute some money towards closing costs because of a few things he found. He was on time, professional and easy to talk to.
