I couldn't be happier with the Home Inspection Kevin completed for me. Kevin was incredibly thorough, even outdoors in 19 degree temperatures. He walked me through the entire house, basement to crawl space. He noted every little issue and explained to me clearly the things I should do upon closing and into the future. He even showed me the breakers and said that they were his favorite brand because of their durability and versatility. Because of Kevin's attention to detail, I felt completely comfortable signing my purchase agreement! I contacted Pillar to Post originally when I purchased my home. Kevin was exceptionally thorough and professional. I really needed someone who would provide an honest and upfront professional opinion on what I was getting into. He did just that. Fast forward many years later and now it's time for renovations. Prior to starting the renovations, I again, contacted Kevin from Pillar to Post again because of the interaction I had with him 15 years ago. I was looking for information about what problems I had and where to start. Kevin came though again and gave me invaluable information and certainly a starting point on my renovations. Kevin did a great job of explaining everything to us as he worked on our home inspection. He was prompt, professional, and very friendly. We were extremely happy with our choice to go with Pillar to Post.

Kevin was very personable and knowledgeable. He made various suggestions throughout the inspection and made sure all of our questions were answered.
