Adam is the best! Not only did he do one inspection for me but had to go back for a round 2 on another house! You're great, but hopefully we don't need a third for a long time! Lol! Very pleased with the home inspection. Adam was very thorough. He walked me through everything and gave plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Adam did a fantastic job on a home inspection in Rockford for my mom. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He took time to teach her all about the house, how things worked and any concerns we had. He was very detailed and the walking tour and written report were both comprehensive. His inspection included radon and mold testing. We ended up passing on the house and feel grateful to have known about the issues he uncovered. We will definitely call him next time we find one!
