I had Finley pest control come to my home as I had an uninvited guest arrive in my walls. They came out and did an inspection of my property and told me what I expected. The solution was also what I anticipated. They gave me a price and I went ahead and got a couple of other prices for the job. Finley was the best price and very knowledgeable about the entire process. They set up a date for the job and the crew that did the fumigation was extremely professional and worked with me on what I needed to do to get ready. I was very happy about not having to remove my bushes against my home they worked with me and made sure everything was protected. The entire job took 3 days and my property was left as it was before the job was started. I would highly recommend this company for any of your pest problems. Finley Home performed the pest inspection for us prior to listing my mom’s home for sale. We had quite a bit of section one work… rotten wood trim that needed to be replaced. Their estimate was very reasonable and they were able to complete the work in two days. They showed up on time both days. The guys were friendly, professional and very detailed in their work and their clean-up process was impressive. They matched the paint and went above and beyond to touch up a few extra areas that needed it, this was in addition to the work they completed. Extra kudos to Paul and Dave for all their help! In January 2024 I used Finely for the home inspection and my sellers used them to do the section 1 repairs. Replace some wood rot, siding replacement, install a fire door in garage and replace wood rot. March 2025 I hired a contractor to paint, it was discovered paneling wasn’t installed properly, rot never replaced/fixed , etc. I notified Finley and sent pictures as soon as the walls were open and I was informed by the new contractor what was happening underneath and the cost to repair. These photos show some of the poorly replaced/installed paneling (beige is the new). I would not have know what was happening underneath had the new contractor not opened the walls. Finley said there is nothing they will do because I had another contractor start the work and they have first right of refusal. It took days for someone from Finley to show up to look, by this time they had to close the walls back up so the rain wouldn’t make it worse. I have reported the situation to all relative state boards, the Better Business Bureau and the Real Estate Agents involved.
