PatriotPro Home Inspections LLC

Buddy is very thorough, explains everything in great detail, takes the time to go over everything walking through the house before you get your report. VERY satisfied and would and have recommended to anyone that wants or needs a full home inspection.

Buddy was on time (in fact early), took time to explain each step and what he was looking for. Extremely professional and I even received an American flag to post at my new home!

Buddy is everything you'd want from a home inspector. He's thorough, knowledgeable, and very friendly. My team and I are always confident in his reports and will continue to refer him to our clients. Thank you, Buddy!

Dealt with Buddy twice in the last two weeks, quite the class act. Both times he was early and getting straight to business. My client lived out of state and he took the time to call and explain the report to him. Couldn't ask for a better inspector.

It's not every day you buy your first home. But if you do, believe me, you'll want someone who cares as much about your well-being and safety as you do. That's what working with Buddy feels like. He took the time to explain everything and suggest a few ideas to keep your home in good condition. The results not only show photos but also explain why, so everything makes sense when you're clueless about certain things. I recommend his services and will continue to recommend him to our friends and family. You will not regret working with a responsable company. Thanks so much Buddy for helping our family on the purchase of our home.

Buddy was knowledgeable and very detailed. I am a local realtor and will definitely add him to my list of trusted inspectors. Bonus ....he can do basically all of the different types of inspections that my buyers would need all in one visit.

Have used PatriotPro twice now and have been nothing but extremely professional and helpful. Had a rushed inspection period and they were able to make it happen. Really takes care of the customer and explains things in detail. Had home inspections, sewer scope, pest, and Radon tests done.
