Parrish Home Inspection did a great job for us. Crawford was knowledgeable and thorough with his home inspection addressing any and all items I had presented and even found a few extra things I hadn't thought to look at. His use of thermal/infrared scanning was especially impressive to show pockets of cooler air or moisture content. You can tell Crawford really enjoys doing this kind of work and it shows in the finished product. Crawford is a phenomenal home inspector to work with as a first-time home buyer. He was extremely thorough and detailed. His report is clear with pictures, arrows and highlights for any and all issues even finding things I would not expect to locate myself even living in a home for an extended period. I recently hired Crawford of Parrish Home Inspections (PHI) to perform an inspection on an existing home in the Chattanooga area. Beginning with initial contact, Crawford was very responsive to my questions and schedule concerns. On the day of the inspection, Crawford was on time and answered my many questions. He also spent the time to educate me on proper ways to maintain a house. He is by far the most thorough and knowledgeable home inspector I have had. His attention to detail and knowledge is what sets him apart. After performing the inspection, Crawford utilized infrared technology to see what might be lurking behind the walls. During my inspection, he was able to find some energy inefficiencies and a duct that was not sealed behind a wall. This technology can also be used to find water/moisture behind walls and ceilings. After completing the inspection, Crawford provided me with a full report within the same day. He promptly answered all questions I had. I will definitely use him again!
