I had Alex do my home inspection when I moved into my new home about 3 months ago. He was very detailed and pointed out everything from larger concerns to smaller things to be aware of. He was able to get me a report of all of his findings very quickly as I had a very tight turn around time for our closing. He came out to look at the house a second time once the snow had melted off the roof to have a more detailed look at it. He has been kind and takes the time to really explain what he’s seeing. I sent him multiple texts and he always responded in a timely manner, usually within the same hour I sent him a text. I recently had an issue with my ceiling drywall starting to sag and Alex came back out well after our closing to take a look and give his recommendation on what he thought needed to be done. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a qualified home inspector.
