Had an outstanding experience with Rocco and his crew. He was on time, honest, thorough and patient as I had a ton of questions. I would recommend his services to anyone buying a home to protect their investment. I personally used his company for a sewage scope and oil tank detection. I will certainly use him for some servicing I’m going to need and would highly recommend him, he was also very fairly priced.

First time home buyer here! Our home inspector recommended Rocco to us for an oil tank report and he was available on short notice. He and his partner were very thorough and answered all of our questions. He sent us his full report within 24 hours and it was detailed and organized. His services are also reasonably priced! Hydro-Jetting of sewer line prior to purchase of home. Services were performed exactly as stated and for a fair a reasonable price. Emailed me a comprehensive and professional final report of exactly what services performed and pictures showing his work days after being involved in serious car accident with a drunk driver. Report was a day overdue maybe two? I hadn’t noticed with everything else involved in first time home purchase. He apologized for the delay. That is the level of professionalism that comes with Rocco’s work. He was kind, cheerful, eager and went out of his way to explain thoroughly an ancillary issue concerning work he was not hired to perform. You will be making a really smart decision if you hire Rocco and Metro Sewer Services. Rocco is very nice and professional. I got him to do a condo inspection for me (yes, condo needs inspections too!) and he was very thorough. He checked each and every electrical outlet and found multiple wiring issue throughout the apartment which are safety hazard. The written report was provided promptly on the same day/night of the inspection was done. Issues were categorized as safety/repair/replace and explanations were provided along with solutions. Overall, I am satisfied with Rocco's service and would recommend him!
