My family had Luigi come out for a home inspection for a multi-family house. He delivered a thorough report two days later. The home was a new development, and even though there was less of a chance for issues to pop up Luigi was thorough and careful. Before, during, and after the inspection, Luigi made an effort to communicate clearly and always welcomed questions. He spoke in layman's terms to my wife and me who didn't know much about houses, and he spoke at a higher level with my father-in-law who has a background in carpentry, flooring, and electrical. He was affable and attentive throughout the process. His report showed the same attention to detail he had during the inspection. It was well-organized and easy to understand. Every issue was clearly labeled, and he differentiated between minor and major concerns. Luigi was easy to book, flexible, on-time, and I would recommend him to everybody.
