Highly recommend Timberland Inspection Service. I’ve never experienced working with inspection company like this agency. Inspections were extremely detailed. This agency took their time to look very carefully at all aspects of our new property. On top of that, Jess, our home inspector was very responsive to our questions and concerns about the reports. He made himself available via email and provided sound advice to our questions/concerns. I can only hope that any additional service providers will be as professional, courteous and reliable as Timberline.

Jess did an excellent job inspecting our home. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and explained everything he found very clearly along with recommending solutions to the issues he found, whether they be DIY or needed professional work. Jess was also punctual and his inspection took the amount of time he had suggested. The interface the report is sent in is also very user friendly and makes it very easy to assess the repairs and work that needs to be done.

Matt was thorough and professional, and it made for a stress-free inspection experience. He took the time to explain everything very clearly, and he pointed out not only the big items but also the small ones. He also delivered an in-depth, detailed report very quickly, which was easy to read with quality photos. His knowledge and honesty made us feel informed and well-supported. We would absolutely recommend Timberline, and Matt specifically!

Very professional and prompt service. Was very respectful to my 81-year-old father and explained everything that was found during the inspection of his mobile home.
