Contacted A-Pro to do a home inspection on a house we are buying. James arrived on time and ready to go to work. He explained the scope of the inspection and his process. He is very efficient and methodical. He did all plumbing, then all electric and so on. He did not jump around doing a little here and there which gave us the reassurance everything was being checked. After he was thru he took his time and explained everything along with all the pictures he had taken. Also gave us advise on a couple of things he noticed that we should consider doing so they would not create a problem down the road. Really can't say enough good things about James and the work he did for us. Professional, efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
