HTown Inspections did an excellent review of the property and was very thorough. We met Mark at the property as he was wrapping up the inspection. He gave us a tour and brought to our attention many items that most may have overlooked. We will be using him again for future investment property purchases.

Mark was extremely helpful answering my questions throughout my build process. He was very accommodating for scheduling and submitted reports the same day.

I met Mark at the house I was purchasing and found he was very thorough with the inspection. He explained everything he has already done and then showed me the thermal imaging showing the amount of heat coming into the home. He showed me areas to go over with the seller and also sent me the detailed list of items needing to be addressed. Mark is very knowledgeable and spent the time to explain everything in an easy-to-understand way. Would recommend.

Mark was able to do an inspection same day, thanks to a cancellation! That kind of flexibility is to his customer's great benefit, and the inspection was very thorough. Would recommend to anyone!

Everything was meticulously checked and explained to me in a way that I feel confident about the issues I'm walking into as a homeowner. I did lots of research to try to find the best inspector we could. I was told by many people that inspections are something you shouldn’t cheap out on, and since we are buying a slightly older home, it was really important to us to find someone who is thorough and can point out any potential issues we might be getting ourselves into. I cannot say enough good things about Mark. You get the best of both worlds with him. Not only is he thorough, but he’s relatively affordable for the services he provides. He’s decorated with more certifications than any other inspector I researched. The results he provided were a direct result of his experience and expertise. He sat with us over for over an hour after our inspection to throughly go through his findings and answered all of our questions in such detail, along with explaining how we could fix many of his findings ourself for a more cost effective route. I will be recommending Mark to anyone in the market for an inspector and absolutely plan to use him for any future home purchases.
