Gold Coast Inspectors, Inc.

Scott at Gold Coast was very professional and extreamy easy to work with. I called Scott and he explained the process and showed up at my house the same day and finished the inspection. I would highly recommend Gold Coast.

Had a terrific experience with Scott. I'm buying a condo in Oxnard which had had some prior issues and repairs. Scott took the time and listened to my concerns and did a very complete inspection. He addressed all my questions and also reviewed some previous inspection/repair docs from the seller to ensure that things were as they should be. Happy to recommend.

Scott looked gave us recommendations based on the test results we were working with. He was honest and helpful. We’ve decided to replace our HVAC and install an air scrubber to help with air quality. Scott was able to recommend the air scrubber he’s used in the past.

Scott is punctual, efficient, professional and thorough. The report was provided within 2 days complete easy to understand I highly recommend using Gold Coast for your inspections. If you want only the best... I say, Scott Taylor is the best!

Gold Coast Inspectors is my first choice in home inspection. They are prompt in returning calls and scheduling an inspection as quickly as possible to meet the clients schedule. The reports are returned promptly also and are very thorough. Scott shares his knowledge and expertise with the client in a way that is easy for them to understand items he calls attention to.

I have used Scott for years as my home inspector and have been very satisfied. As a realtor, I don't necessarily want an inspector to just say yes and great to all items of inspections. I want to know any problems or potential problems that can hinder the closings. I take the good with the bad, and as a veteran realtor, there are very very few problems that I have not been through since 1990 to reach a closed escrow. Scott is honest, his prices are fair and I trust Gold Coast Inspectors to protect me with correct information.

Scott always is on time for an inspection. He is prepared and does his inspection thoroughly, and in a timely manner. He seems always patient with my buyers; answering their questions either at the end of the inspection or takes the time to discuss something during the inspection. To me it shows a level of compassion and understanding of the client's needs. I appreciate that.
