Island Home Inspections

I am having my home rebuilt after a fire and it is near completion now. I contacted Justin of Island Home Inspections so that I could have peace of mind knowing that my new place is in perfect condition. As It turns out, I didn't require his services since I wasn't needing a structural inspection. I more so wanted to make sure the workmanship performed in the home was perfect. I greatly appreciate Justin taking the time to not only come to my home, but to explain what he was able to offer me as far as a "peace of mind" report, or a report that could be used in an official capacity. I would definitely recommend Justin and his professional services. Sometimes, you need things explained, and not just "sold" to you.

Super thorough and easy to work with. Was able to make a next business day inspection work. Justin was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and balanced. He didn’t make anything sound super scary but also checked everything. Would def use him again.

I love working with Justin for my home pre-sale inspections! He is always on time, professional and courteous. As a realtor it is important to me to have flexibility and Justin is always willing to work with the client's and my schedule. I would highly recommend Justin and Island Home inspections for any consumer looking for a home inspection or to any realtor looking for a "go-to" guy for your clients and business.

These guys are awesome! I knew the bathroom was going to be a problem. Not only did Justin take the time to walk me through the confusing parts of the report, but he helped me connect with a couple local handymen that were able to fix the bathroom piping for next to nothing! I strongly recommend Island Home Inspections for anyone looking for an honest and thoughtful group of home inspectors in SoCal.

My clients all appreciate Justin’s thoroughness, patience, and ability to identify any areas of concern during a home inspection. His willingness to answer buyers’ questions during the inspection is always appreciated. Thank you, Justin, for taking great care of my clients! Cimme

Justin is my " go- to" Home Inspector! He is prompt and reliable, easy to speak with and explains things well, and his reports are detailed and easy to understand. I highly recommend him!!
