As first time home buyers my husband and I were very nervous for finding a good home inspector but Roger did a phenomenal job! While we were stressed and a little lost he was personable and funny. Roger walked us thorough the inspection and gave us ample information about the house we were purchasing. He knew that this was our first time and went above and beyond to explain why things needed attention and what the reasoning was behind the need for repairs. You can tell that he loves what he does and I would recommend 10 times over!!

Roger is a very knowledgeable, honest, and extremely thorough inspector! He was punctual and inspected the property for several hours, and then printed his report with pictures. He met with me after the inspection to go over everything and explained any concerns, as well as, positive things he found. Above all, he was a super nice guy and easy to talk with. I thought for sure he would be annoyed with all my questions, but he was instead very receptive to my many questions. I definitely recommend him for all of your clients and for any individuals looking for a great inspector!

I think Roger is competent and has the ability and knowledge to do a thorough inspection. However, in our case he rushed through the inspection in order that he could cram as many appointments into a day as he could, ostensibly because he’s greedy. When I asked him about the attic, amount of insulation, etc, he lied to me and said it was okay when in fact he never bothered to check it out. Furthermore, the deck was rotted and needed to be replaced but he put nothing in the report and said "it just needs to be power washed." I don’t trust Roger—he seems more interested in rushing through inspections to make as much money as he can, and he is dishonest. If you want a very superficial, cursory inspection that leaves a bunch of stuff out, then he’s perfect. But if you want someone who takes the time to be thorough and has attention to detail, then Roger is not your man.

My husband and I are new at the home buying process. We are young, have 2 babies and Roger made the home inspection process so easy and stress free for us! There were no stupid questions, we worked with us and our crazy schedules, did his job thoroughly. You can tell the Roger does his job for you, not the money or himself! He puts his clients first. As a business man that’s how it should be. We were really impressed with the communication we had with Roger. If he missed a call, he immediately would call back! Also, we loved his outline of the report. It was VERY detailed and gave pictures for the examples. We 10/10 recommend Roger for your home inspection needs 🙂

Roger is a awesome inspector as first time home buyers he made it so easy and put our minds at ease! He is extremely honest and thorough plus he has a down to earth personality! I would recommend him to all home buyers! He'll be inspecting all my future properties!!
