I'm a real estate agent and I've worked with a number of home inspectors over the years. I'm in the process of buying a home now myself, and using Justin Westhoff as my home inspector was the easiest choice ever! Justin is exceptionally detailed and catches even the littlest things so that you know exactly what you're getting into with your new home. He also has a background in engineering, so he understands structural integrity, mechanical systems, and potential problems both on and under the surface. He took the time to explain his findings to me room by room so that I had a comprehensive understanding of my new property's condition, ensuring I could make informed decisions. Justin was very thorough in his report and when explaining details regarding the condition of our home. He was able to answer all our questions and even provided advice on small things we can do to fix certain aspects. He did a great job overall and I would highly recommend.
