We had a great experience with Insight Pest Management! Setton, the technician, was right on time and very professional. He was very thorough in doing his work and explained everything he did step by step, making sure we understood the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and his knowledge really showed. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies we looked into, and we feel confident in the service we received. We highly recommend both Insight Pest Management and Setton for anyone needing pest control!

I just want to say that they have been excellent on the service that I have been given. The promptness that they took took care of the problem and still are. And Elvis has been wonderful. Who always shows up takes care of everything. Everything that I need if I have any questions, he’s there to answer them. I would recommend this company to anyone

Setton came out to take care of the rats that decided to take up residence in my BBQ as well as the spiders spinning webs all over the place. He arrived at the beginning of the window he provided and sent me a text when he was 20 minutes away allowing me time to get the dogs secured. He went out of his way to make sure the rat bait stations were in the right place and out of reach from our dogs. He was super professional and pleasant to talk with. Insight is the real deal, I highly recommend them.

I called Insight after discovering a pest/rodent issue in my garage and they sent a tech out the same day for inspection. The tech, Elvis, was great--he seemed very knowledgeable, was friendly, and went to work right away to help me. Meanwhile, the pest control service I normally use still hasn't gotten back to me after three days and two follow-up messages. Very pleased with Insight so far!

Incredible job by Insight! Our inspector, Israel, was thorough, knowledgeable and informative. Krista was fantastic with setting up our termite fumigation- quick, helpful, excellent customer service. And Elvis did an awesome job kicking off our pest control plan. Insight’s pricing was also the most competitive out of all our bids.
