JCB Roofing

JCB is a trustworthy, quality company. I originally had them out for an inspection after some shingle loss, and they gave an honest assessment and even coached me on how to speak with insurance. There was no pressure to buy, and the sales person backed off when I said I was going to wait a bit. A couple months later, I had a leak and decided to pull the trigger. I simply emailed them with the signed quote, and they called me to schedule an install. It was over a month before they could get me installed, but that was OK because I put things in place to not have any more leaks. I had 2 roofs (house and detached 3 car garage) fully replaced with the highest end shingle they offered. It cost me $14K. State Farm insurance ended up paying me ~$10K. If I had to suggest any way for them to improve, I would advise them to look into more robust scheduling, invoicing, and communication systems and processes. They seemed pretty old school in that regard, and I prefer some of the newer systems where you are texted with updates, can see ETAs, link out to simple / quick payment systems, etc. Also, it was kind of weird to me that the workers never said hi, never told me they were there, and didn't update me at the end of the first day on when they'd be back, etc. I just trusted the process though, and they did their thing. I could tell they were very experienced and did quality work, which is of course the main thing. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I was impressed with Bobby the owner coming out to inspect, advise & give a very reasonable estimate. After some rain delays, the JCB Roofing crew showed up and completely replaced my very old roof in just one day. A crew of 10 hard workers with a happy attitude, working together as a fine team. They took the time to cover all my plants and A/C unit. When they were finished, I could not find a single nail or piece of old debris on my property. I was left with a beautiful new roof and peace of mind. I will recommend JCB Roofing to family & friends.

Just had a great experience with JCB Roofing. The crew showed up on time, completed the roof replacement in one day and left everything in perfect order. Bobby, the owner gave us a fair quote and there were no surprises. The office staff was very easy to work with on scheduling the job, and were very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend this company.

great to work with. fast and easy to deal with when the roof replacement happened. The cleanup was lacking, but it is nothing terrible. Some minor debris left inside and some trash left outside. Nothing terrible. they were great and awesome! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!!

After contacting several local roofing companies with no reply or not showing up at all, I found JCB Roofing! I called JCB on Monday and the owner came out to meet me that same day. He was able to provide a quote in a matter of minutes and explained his scope of work right there. Tuesday morning (THE NEXT DAY!!) his team arrived & got to work replacing the entire roof! I came home to a beautiful new roof. A thorough cleanup of my entire lawn, patio & driveway were done and I couldn't be more pleased with their quality of work. I highly recommend JCB for those needing professional quality work done when they say they will be there!

So glad Bobby Myers - JCB Roofing was recommended to us by our contractor. Bobby's team showed up today and did extensive repairs for us. They were hard workers and showed us pictures of all the repaired sections. The office was great with keeping us informed as to when the work would be done.

JCB Roofing is awesome. This is the second time I've used them to replace a roof. Service is fast and pricing is extremely fair. They really work with you to set up time for inspections and for service. Highly recommend.
