The Jenkins Mitigation Team was absolutely fantastic! Quenton and Chuck were so easy to work with—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Their communication was top-notch, always keeping me in the loop and making sure I felt comfortable with everything that was happening. They patiently answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) and never made me feel rushed. They truly went above and beyond, and I’m so thankful for all their help. I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

Jenkins went above and beyond to get my house back in shape after a pipe burst in the ceiling two days before Christmas. Richard Woodard was able to get folks out SAME-DAY to start the process of drying the wall, floorboards, and ceiling from the water damage. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly along the way. Tyler Romaguera was our project manager and he did an amazing job keeping on top of our insurance and following up with them to get an approval for the claim so work could get started. There were a lot of delays with my insurance, but Tyler was persistent to expedite the process as much as possible. As soon as the claim was approved the repairs started right away. The contractors were professional and I really appreciate that they covered everything very well in plastic to keep paint from getting on my appliances, floors, and counters. They finished the job of removing the damaged areas, repairing the ceiling, replacing our baseboards, and painting the ceilings/walls in a matter of days. They did such a great job you would never know I had any damage! Really appreciate the detail that went into the repair it was a seamless experience. Will definitely recommend Jenkins to all my friends and family!

Jenkins is absolute professional. I highly appreciate the quality of work they do. Once again i would appreciate Eric (project manger) for taking care of my bathroom leak and replacing my floor under warranty . I appreciate the entire jenkins movers packers team ( Leslie, Sandy, Quenton, Shankar, Junior, Carlos) they are the best movers i ever experienced before. I highly recommend using Jenkins. We started with a company my plumber suggested, and we pulled the plug on them after some red flags. Chuck came out and did a wonderful job with the rest of the mitigation. Working with him was a complete 180 from what we were experiencing with the other company.

My review of Jenkins Restoration is largely to post what an exemplary job Mr. Luke Landreville did for us. As our contractor for our restoration and remodel he took care of every detail regarding insurance, finances, scheduling, communicating, coordinating and a good deal of hand holding. Often he jumped in and did the work himself. His patience and attitude toward us was unfailingly professional and courteous. There were problems as would arise with any project and in each instance Mr. Landreville took care of concerns and saw to it that the work was well done. Any project of this type is trying and Mr. Landreville is the reason we experienced such a positive end result.

I was very pleased with the quality of work performed by Jenkins restoration, MITIGATION SIDE 2025 (Olivia, Project Manager on mitigation side and Daniel, completed mitigation work). Five Stars! Daniel and Olivia helped to make an otherwise stressful situation from a burst water heater more bearable. Daniel completed his labor-intensive work of moving laundry equipment, toilet and doors out of way, covering areas, ripping out floor by powder room & laundry area, placing fans and dehumidifier in place to dry out water damage. He kept me informed of progress along the way. Communication was clear and professional. I appreciate the high quality of work performed by Daniel from Jenkins Restoration. However, the restoration phase (two stars) was a different experience. There were delays blamed on traffic or slim crews. Crew did not speak English and one individual tampered with my outside camera. They were dismissive when asked (in Spanish) to put my accordion style doors back in place by the laundry area. Two workers that were supposedly plumbers smoked on my property and were trying to up charge for parts on my new toilet, claiming that the toilet needed new parts from sitting in my garage for two months from mitigation to restoration. I contacted my trusted licensed plumber to reset the toilet. It did not need any new parts. Final work is good. Project Manager, Trevor Quiett went out of his way to make things right.

Jenkins Restoration did a great job. They came over as soon as we notified them. They installed fans to dry the walls and carpets and worked with our insurance company. They came back and demoed the wet walls and carpet and left everything clean. Joshua, Shankar, and Quenton are true professionals. I highly recommend this company and the gentlemen that did the work.
