Frank does an excellent job and provides fair prices and honest service. We have had to call Frank multiple times in the decade we have lived in our current residence, and each time someone has called us back right away (no delay - including once or twice when it was last-minute and/or emergency/after-hours), and we have been very satisfied with a "job well done". He also went above-and-beyond replacing our water heater recently to answer my many detailed questions (although I probably distracted him from the job, he did an excellent job explaining everything!). Their services were provided through my American Home Shield Warranty for my daughter's unit. The two men were professional and did a good job (Oct 7). They worked well together and the project did not take as long as they had stated (repairing cast iron pipe leak). They communicated what they would be doing, cleaned up after themselves and made sure we didn't need anything else resolved before they left. We appreciated their professionalism, communication and follow through.

Frank was recommended by older brother and we had a water leak issue in our parking lot. He did an excellent job at fixing our leak and made sure the main valve was fixed. I also used Frank when we had an issue with a toilet that was backed up and needed repair and he was there and fixed that issue. If you have any plumbing issues, we highly recommend Frank as he is fast and thorough and will get the job done right.

They replaced my gas hot water heater, no problem with the work. The heater was fully covered by American Home Shield after a $125 deductible. However, after the work was all done, I was told that some of the work wasn't covered. Aren't you supposed to get an estimate of costs before repairs are done? To me that seems like the professional thing to do, it might even be required, don't know. Anyway, since I hadn't been aware of any extra charge, they said not to worry about it. Then the next week, they tell me I owe them $184! I have a camera in the garage, and so I went and review the footage; the work they say they are charging me for took them all of about 30-45 minutes! If they had informed me of these extra charges before the work, I would have told them that I would perform those non covered tasks. I feel like I've been taken advantage of, and being as I'm elderly, maybe I should complain to the state.
