100 out of 10 service, Tommy was incredibly knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and so patient. He was willing to walk through the whole house, and not only here my opinion on where I believed the mold to be, but also continue through the house to find other problems, issues, and areas. He carried himself in a respectful manner and did not make the situation alarming, even though dealing with mold, can sometimes feel that way. He was worth every penny for both peace of mind and steps going forward, I would recommend him to everyone and anyone who needs a mold inspection done.

Tommy is hands down the best in the business! We have been dealing with a mold issue in a garage apartment at my grandparents home and called them to come inspect it to see how bad it is. He was able to meet us within hours of our call. Of course we already knew we had mold from a leaky roof but we didn't know the extent of it. He let us know the severity of the mold and suggested we gut the unit. He also checked inside the main home and was able to find that there was also some mold that needed to be taken care as well. He spent a substantial amount of time with us explaining the proper way to get rid of the mold and he also explained how to keep it from coming back. He also gave us some other pointers on some other things that needed to be addressed in the home. In my opinion, he is the best in ETX and will only use his company in the event that we need any mold experience in the future!

Worth the extra time to come from Longview (hour away). Tommy was very knowledgeable and friendly. He looked at the issue we called him for and then did an inspection on the house using his many gadgets. While inspecting for mold, he pointed out lots of helpful information and tips and suggestions that didn't person directly to mold, but could in the future. I'm grateful for these, as it will help me have a better quality of life, inside the house, with ways to reduce heat inflation and cold air loss. He used to flip houses, so he not only is knowledgeable with the mold, but with general house builds and upgrades and ways to do it cheaper, yourself. Some of the suggestions may also reduce the cost of having it done by others. All in all, very fair price, and great conversation and helpful tips to make life better. Highly recommend you call Tommy. You'll get more than you bargained for, in the best way.
