We called Mayer Friday morning after Thanksgiving at 8:30 and they scheduled us for between 11-2pm. I got a call at 10 that they were on the way! They completed the replacement for us so quickly and we could not be more grateful! Thank you so much! Highly highly recommend Mayer!

Mayer is always excellent in all that they do. I have been using them for quite some time now for projects at my century home, and they are always communicative, punctual, and professional. To date, I've had them replace a shut off valve to an exterior water line, cap a gas line, diagnose a water heater leak, replace some exterior plumbing, and the list goes on. The office manager, Kristi, always makes sure everything is accurate and timely, and every technician has been wonderful.

From the moment you call, their commitment to customer service is clear. The answering service was helpful, Kristy handled the scheduling efficiently, and Jason arrived promptly after our hot water tank failed overnight. Jason, the service technician, arrived within a couple of hours. He clearly explained the issue and walked us through our options. He and another technician worked diligently and professionally until the job was complete. Mayer Plumbing is fortunate to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable team. Their outstanding service from start to finish is the reason their business has thrived across generations.

Overall, very pleased with Mayer Plumbing. Both the service advisor and the techs did an excellent job. When the tech, Jason, was here to finish the outside work, he went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Mayer Plumbing.

From the initial inspection/estimate to the actual dates of repair, I had a really nice experience with the company. Lance was the plumber who completed the job and he was so friendly and helpful the entire process. Answered all my questions, showed me everything he was doing and repairing and was extremely clean! I’ve been a Parma Heights resident for 10 years. I have used Mayer Plumbing for almost as long. today, July 2. I had a backyard water Spicket repaired some new copper plumbing new fixture, and good advice and stuff to learn from the plumber tech Jason, who did the work at my house.
