I had hit a pothole on the highway. Drove my car to this Midas in Irving. Binoy and John was no nice on helping me. They looked under my car fixed. The issue can’t complain how great of a service they were to helping me. Got me on the road quickly. Thank you so much Binoy and John

I just landed at DFW and my tire was flat once I returned. No response to the parking lot maintenance for help. I stopped at five gas stations along the way and came across Midas. Tony was so helpful and the team got me in and out just in time to pick up my load. Thank you fellas!

Binoy was very kind and thorough. He explained everything to me and even located coupons to bring my cost down significantly.! My air conditioner was blowing hot air and had issues for years, so I knew the issue might be significant. I can’t remember the mechanics name (African American man) but he was honest and thorough! When things happened and other issues were discovered, he let me know right away and even let me look at the vehicle so that I knew what he was talking about. I will definitely be back! I appreciate honest, thorough and kind mechanics! My air was fixed 3 days ago and it’s still working well.

After several years of bringing my cars and referring family members, I’m really disappointed in the service that was provided today. My father was quoted a price for repairs and I ensured him that he had nothing to worry about, the shop always does great work and never tries to recommend work that’s not needed (or so I thought). When it was time to pay they added another $400 on to the bill said it was for programming but they never mentioned that when the quote was given. Then noticed the workers left a lot of grease stains on the front seats and the manager was told but he only offered to wipe it down with a damp shop towel. Needless to say I won’t be bringing my cars back or recommending the shop to anyone else. This shop and management has definitely gone downhill. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.

This is a very peaceful place to get your car serviced. I’m not sure of everybody’s name other than Angies but I have experienced kindness every time I’ve come here. I also witness humility and patience amongst the technicians and front staff with their interactions to EVERY customer, good or bad. They prioritize our wants and needs over theirs, they work on their feet and go ALL day without eating to serve us from what I’ve seen. Everyone here is super dope and I appreciate them. The kindness here is very much overlooked. Sometimes we forget the people that serve us are human as well. If you love good trustworthy people who will give every effort to get the job done and fix mistakes this is the place to come! They can’t make everyone happy but they do try. Patience is key.

I came in for some clutch work on my ‘95 F-150 assuming it would be a simple replacement of some clutch cylinder parts based on my own diagnostics. I got an email the next day quoting me on a whole clutch kit and slave cylinder replacement with no explanation as to why they both had to be replaced. No questions were answered about this either. I just needed my truck fixed so I went ahead with the repairs. While everything appears to be running okay now, I got my truck back with horrible grease stains all over the interior + middle seat, assorted trash that was not mine, and a broken hood trigger lever that was perfectly fine at drop-off. I brought this up and the manager shrugged his shoulders. Said the best he could do was install the replacement part if I brought it. I even asked for very light compensation just to cover the part and wouldn’t do it. Very frustrated with my experience and the way I was taken advantage of here. Pass this place up and go somewhere with honest mechanics.

Firstly, I was sent home and told to come back the next day after going in for an oil change appointment because they were "closing." Not sure why I was able to make an appointment online if that was the case. I didn’t mind though because I didn’t live too far, I was just disappointed. After going in the next day, the mechanic of course pops my hood and says I need to change my air filter. Again, not a big deal because I know most mechanics try to milk you and ask this. What was more annoying was that a cover to the bottom part of my middle console was taken off and not replaced. Not sure why that was done, but I replaced it myself when I noticed it after getting home. The worst part of the service though, was that I just noticed the cover to my undercarriage was not completely secured and was hanging off. Although the people were nice, the service itself was very unprofessional and upsetting. I was tolerant, but felt the need to leave a review now that my undercarriage cover is secured by zip ties…
