I absolutely love my new garage door! Everything from the sales person, payment and install went smoothly and pleasantly. This is my dream door. When a bolt from the opening device came loose and fell off I alerted them and they were out the next day. Replaced and secured everything. Received text to remind me, including how much of the garage needed to be cleaned out. Back office called the day before. Two-man crew, especially Caleb was very communicative about the installation and clearly had communicated with the sales person about my peculiarities. All installed in one day. I was most impressed that sales, back-office, and installation team had all communicated about my peculiarities! Installation team was wonderful!!! Clean, precise, communicative. All great!!

Middlesex garage door people are nice people, easy to work with and no BS. They work with you and accommodate last minute schedule changed on your end. Installation goes easy. The installer i had was with the company for a long time and he could do installation with his eyes closed. At least that is what he claims.. he kept his eyes ooen during the installation. Good company. Good sales guys who work with you.

I am extremely pleased with Middlesex Door Systems (MDS). I love my new garage door!!! It adds so much to the look of my house. The MDS sales consultant they sent out to talk to me was very knowledgeable, and the MDS installer did a fantastic job installing the door. I stopped by the MDS store and everyone there was also friendly and helpful. A great experience!!
