We had unconventional request for Mold Removal, our Wind Tunnel had gotten full of white mold due to an area of covered/enclosed open ground getting saturated from rain/groundwater which covered many thousands of square feet on the interior of our wind tunnel with white mold. You couldn't stand inside for more than a few minutes the mold smell was so bad it made you sick and eyes water. The Wind Tunnel has many complex structures, shapes, nooks and crannies, and sensitive equipment. After numerous consultations and estimates from many companies, Chris from Hero Mold stood out. He explained the process the most thoroughly, was the ONLY one to identify the type of mold, and came in the lower/mid bids. Mold Hero's crew (Tyler and Sam) came out and knocked it out the park. Right on time all 4 days, courteous, very professional, and patient to explain the process of what he was about to do, is doing, and did each day. They left the entire place SPOTLESS and not a single hint (visual nor odor) of mold. Laura was very friendly scheduling and making sure everything is going fine during the process. They will come out and do air sampling and will give you an actual scientific report. Never hire someone to test your home who has a vested interest in finding a problem
