I am very very pleased with the Young Man that came out and cleaned out our sewer .He was very professional, very nice,And Understanding he listened to me and he new exactly what was going on after our conversation. I had a great experience. From Preston who came out to clear the clog late in the afternoon, who was upbeat and professional, to Steve the advisor who was very empathetic and genuine, and the construction crew that laid the new sewer line fast and professionally. I really appreciated Steve's honesty and decency. I had just lost my dog the day before when all this happened and he was very understanding about that. Its nice to know that that are still crews out there working hard and bringing that human element to it and always doing the right thing. It was very refreshing.

We couldn’t be happier with the service DJ provided! He came out quickly, diagnosed the plumbing issue right away, and had everything fixed before we knew it. On top of being highly skilled, DJ was friendly, respectful of our home, and explained everything in a way that made sense. Could not be happier with the service I recieved. Called late Wednesday night, DJ showed up at 8 am Thursday. Snaked and jetted a clogged drain, AND cleaned everything up before he left. Would recommend these guys to anybody, especially if they are sending DJ, he's gonna get the job done. Thanks DJ

Rotor Rooter is quick and easy. We called and within 2 hours they had our service up and running. DJ our technician was awesome, very friendly, knowledgeable, and has great customer service. Would definitely used them again.
