I recently had the pleasure of working with 1-800-Packouts, and I truly cannot thank their team enough for the outstanding service they provided during a very stressful time. They arrived on time, walked me through every step of the pack-out process, and handled my belongings with incredible care. Each member of the team was respectful, detail-oriented, and patient, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with everything being done. They did a fantastic job packing and re-delivering our household goods when we had to get our floors resurfaced. The crew was very professional and polite, and they made sure that everything was labeled, protected, and packed well. They were very fast and efficient. Nothing was lost. The best pack out we've had as a military family.

We had a pipe leak that caused damage to our home that resulted in us having to move to temporary housing. 1-800-Packouts did a fantastic job packing all the furniture and items on our first floor. Excellent team included Yersenia, Jason, Jeremy, Natali, Vanessa, Tiffany, Brian, Celsa, Cristofer, Dario, and Deravian. All were very courteous, conscientious and also respectful of our belongings. Technicians: Erica, Desiree, Jermaine, Josh, JR. and Donivan did a great job packing our furniture and other items for storage. Quinn, Tasha, J.R., Jermaine and Tracy were phenomenal through our entire ordeal. Tracy even helped us put a foot up the other guys asses to get back in our house! Took great care of our items with packing and bringing our items back in. Made our unpacking a lot less overwhelming! Thank you guys!

The crew that packed up my house was led by JR. JR, Mike, Tasha and Quinn were amazing. They packed everything very carefully. They were very professional. JR and his team were also friendly. They understood that this was a sensitive situation and that we didn’t want to leave our home. JR, Mike, Tasha and Quinn all asked where we wanted things to be placed in our rental home and made sure that we were made as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this company and this team.
