I will say that Victor promptly diagnosed and fixed my cooktop, stove , and microwave allowing my family with 4 kids get back up and running. He has an exceptional attitude. To have a same day service call on a Sunday come to my house and provide that quality of service was amazing. My expectation after seeing my cooktop smoke and have a burning smell and then shutdown was that this would take a few weeks. That was not the case. Victor was Superman and he saved the day. He was highly skilled, great energy, and my kids loved interacting with him. Please share this feedback and make sure he is taken care of. As a new customer to Morris Jenkins, this will keep me coming back for all other services in plumbing, electrical, hvac. Go Victor!!

Greg was absolutely amazing. Expertise in public relations are both five star. Not many people can be happy that they have to spend $10,000 on repairs. Julio, Greg, Josh, and Nick made this a very pleasurable experience. This has been a pretty bad week for me and my family, but these four experts has made this very bearable. Morris Jenkins, you have definitely hired the right crew to represent you and your business. If I Could rate you a six out of five stores I would. Thank you again.

It was a wonderful experience today with Steven and Morris-Jenkins. The entire process from start to finish was streamlined, efficient, and honest. I was able to schedule a next day appointment easily, then Steven called ahead to notify me of his arrival and then was very friendly and efficient with his work. He was knowledgeable and was able to explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. This was my first experience with Morris-Jenkins and he was able to explain the benefits of the membership which absolutely fit my needs. He noticed an issue with my sink while completing work with the water heater and took time to make sure that it worked well before he left and then helped to make sure I had a plan for next steps to fix the problem. He answered all my questions and help set me up for success with continued maintenance and future projects. While I'm not enthusiastic about there being an issue, I'm grateful that Steven was able to identify and help it before it became a true emergency. The time taken to ensure everything was working properly and next steps were in place is truly appreciated.

Justin, DJ, Shay, Jake and Colby were simply the best!! They handled our big mess with ease. They arrived on time, were professional, answered all my million questions, spoke to us in terms we could understand in the plumbing world, cleaned up nicely and gave us a big peace of mind that all was okay. It was a nightmare of a situation, but they took on this job with much determination, to not only fix the issues with the upmost effort of pure craftsmanship, but do it in a timely manner! I know selections of crews aren’t what customers are allowed to request, but this crew is who you want at your home! Highly recommended this crew and company as a whole to anyone. You won’t regret it! Might I add, Justin W., Herbie and Michael (who were prior to the big crews job) were also beyond professional and did an amazing job. Herbie and Justin showed us the issues and explained the pipes structure to us. They spent hours at our home, on a hot Saturday night I add. Justin also took the time to speak with us on his day off. That in itself is amazing. These guys take pride in their work and the company they work for. My only request is to get these guys on the ads too! We loved seeing Herbie on the ads! We pray we don’t have any more major issues with our home, but if we do Morris -Jenkins is who we will be calling.

What a great group of men you have working at Morris Jenkins! From the very beginning of the project, these men showed up and showed off! They were professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and exceptionally friendly with everyone, including our dog, Bullet…who absolutely loved every single one of them and greeted them all! What was even more impressive was how these plumbing crew members treated each other…from fist bumps to laughing, encouraging words, and constant support for each other. We were highly impressed. I think our dog is now going through withdrawals from all his buddies loving on him, as soon as you all left, he crashed from all the excitement! We would like to just say thank you for the hard work and for giving us peace of mind during a tough time. You all made it look easy! Thank you to Rodney, Will, Phillip, Matt, Joey and all the others we missed thanking, and I hope you enjoyed the cookies! I’ve added some pictures, sorry for not capturing everyone. Our family had an excellent experience working with Christopher Faw from Morris-Jenkins Plumbing. From the moment he arrived, Chris was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, walked us through the repair options, and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. Chris worked efficiently, kept the area clean (insisting on using shoe covers when walking in our home). He showed genuine care, making sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. It is extremely rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service so well, but Chris truly delivered on all three! We highly recommend Chris Faw and the entire Morris-Jenkins team for anyone needing a reliable, and trustworthy plumbing service. We will definitely be calling them again for future needs, and referring them to everyone we know! We are grateful.

Great job by bunch of truly professional and very polite group. Worked in a crawl space almost impossible to work out of. Removed old unit and installed in better area with better access .Great credit to Josh B., Eric, Josh V and chuck Thank you guys for a job well done. Highly recommended.
