Great experience! From the moment I called to the finished repair. They answered right away , very professional got me on the schedule right away for the same week. Stephen introduced himself as soon as I opened the door and he was very professional, polite and with a smile on his face. He explained what he was going to do and showed me what he found and how it was fixed tested out a few circles and we were good to go. Thank Stephen!! I will recommend him

My commercial refrigerator needed to be serviced. When I called Mr. Appliance of Richmond, I was scheduled quickly and even sent info on my service technician. He arrived promptly, diagnosed my issue, ordered parts, and returned to repair my fridge. So happy with my whole experience! Communication was the company was superior!

These guys rock! An endangered species of folks that know how to fix stuff!!! Their scheduling and communication is impeccable. Their technicians exemplary. I don’t will stuff to break in the house but I am at ease when it does with these guys on my side!

Branden was on time, professional, and was able to easily describe the issue that we were having with our dishwasher. The part that was needed was quickly ordered and arrived the following day. The entire process was simple and the repair was very affordable. Definitely recommended.

Branden fixed two issues that I was unable to complete after I replaced a broken burner. Electrolux was not willing to complete the repair since I started it, but Mr. Appliance saved the day. Branden was able to figure out the problem, I’m very happy with the result.

Sort of a frustrating experience, but something we're used to with repair companies. While booking an appointment online, I entered my machine's model and serial numbers as well as what was wrong with it (it displayed a very common error code with only one method to fix it). Upon the repair tech's arrival, it seemed like he hadn't seen the info the website requested from me. He ended up doing research in my home only to tell me he couldn't do anything because the required part isn't manufactured anymore. I wish that would have been relayed to him sooner so I could've avoided the diagnostic fee and the visit altogether. On a more positive note, I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly and easily (though I would probably try to get a hold of someone on the phone as well).

Great overall experience, the technician was outstanding and knowledgeable. Scheduling could improve a tad as I didn’t hear a thing and then suddenly I got a note the night before them automatically scheduling me for the following day. But highly recommend!
