I highly recommend Mr. Appliance. I was able to schedule an online appointment for an issue with my dryer. Their online scheduling is super easy. I got texts leading up to my appointment and the technician, Zach, was here within the quoted timeframe. Zach was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly. And I love that they do not charge another service visit fee to come back and install the new motor. I’ll be using Mr Appliance for all our future appliance needs!

Your technicians arrived as promised and corrected the problem with my microwave. They were very efficient. However, after they left I noticed an anomaly in my microwave. Specifically, when the door is opened (with no cook-time having been set), the interior light goes on (as expected) AND the turntable begins to turn (not expected). As far as I can tell, no heat is generated, only the turntable keeps turning. When the door is shut the light goes off and the turntable stops. There is clearly something wrong that should be attended to. Thanks, V. Maslov

Very impressed at the ability to book online for a next-day appointment. The person was extremely knowledgeable and nice, and shared lots of great advice to inform our choices. Will definitely call again if we need this service!

Highly recommend! Had an issue with a dishwasher and Daron came out. He had a kind and professional demeanor and made me feel completely comfortable having him in my home. He arrived right on time and was very accommodating with my schedule.

Very prompt, easy to work with, and helpful. They fixed our washer and made the whole process easy on our end. Scheduling was easy, they text you who your tech person is and call before arriving. Our tech Zach was very respectful of our home and helpful in explaining what they did to figure out the problem. I would use them again if needed and recommend to others.

Mr Appliance did an excellent job on the repair. They were available relatively quickly, and the technician knew his job very well. Their notifications and updates were well above average. They only get 4 stars because the technician was late. That is understandable. Some jobs take longer than others, that was acceptable. But upon arrival he had a customer on schedule later in the day calling and bugging him, and not letting him off the phone. They kept grilling him on when he would be there, and of course he could not finish our job while on the phone. Then when he finally got the customer off the phone, his boss did same. Called and tied the technician up. I guess the customer called and bugged the boss. All this led to the cleaners for my rental having to work around the tech, and me standing there, hands in pocket, waiting for him to get off the phone twice. The work, and the tech's skills were excellent. But overall it does not get 5 stars.

Zach was outstanding! He called to let us know when he'd arrive. He was friendly and polite, efficient and knowledgeable, explained what he needed to do, and cleaned up after completing the work. When he finished the repair, he ran the dishwasher to be sure it ran correctly. Mr. Appliance is fortunate to have Zach as an employee!
