Thanks for the great work Jacob did. He was punctual, and got the job done quickly and cleanly. I really appreciate the quality of his work. Jacob is the Best Plumber in Memphis area. He solved the problem quickly after bringing three plumping companies that could not resolve the issue and failed. I will call the Rooter again for any plumbing needs!

Patrick and Paul saved the day! After AT&T cut my waterline burying the fiberoptic wire. They told me I had to call someone to fix it and gave me a phone number for a claim after a little noise I finally got a hold of the manager and I was able to get them to agree to cover the cost. Patrick came and worked with the AT&T guy got him a quote and took his payment. He turned something that would have been months ( maybe even years) of headaches into an easy thing! Thank you Mr. Rooter in Memphis! You have quality guys that are easy to work with! It was a pleasure working with you!

They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless when they were done. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service these days. I was very pleased with the service received from start to finish. I woke up with a leak in my kitchen and contacted Mr. Rooter. They were able to confirm my appointment via their online booking website, and Jeremiah arrived within two hours (probably sooner) of me contacting them. Jeremiah was able to quickly diagnose the problem, explain the problem, and gave me different pricing options (explaining each one and answering all of my questions multiple times). Once I decided on which option I was comfortable with, he was able to fix everything in a couple hours and even left my kitchen cleaner than how he found it. I appreciated Jeremiah’s quick response time, thoroughness, and professionalism. I will definitely be contacting them again if any additional problems pop up.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing provides organized service starting with the moment a work order is submitted. The staff receiving the work order request are very polite, listen well, and provide excellent communication in organizing and planning the scheduled service. The technicians all have great knowledge and experience in providing the service. They clean up after the work is completed and communicate the status of the service all the way until the job is completed. The invoices are very detailed, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner to provide immediate closure to the work order.

Chris Ungren was absolutely amazing!! I was panicked and frustrated that my home warranty company wouldn’t take care of my main line stoppage. I reached out to a couple of other smaller companies and both said they couldn’t get to it. I called Mr. Rooter and they had someone out in about 30 minutes. Chris gave me the price for both the auger and jetting solutions. He RECOMMENDED that I go with the cheaper one because it just might work and would save me some money. He was able to clear the stoppage and would schedule the camera scoping as a follow up. He explained everything to me so that I could understand the issue. While I hope I won’t need any other repairs, I feel really good about reaching out to Mr. Rooter and the other neighborly companies for future needs.

Overall great experience! Fast, reliable and professional. My emergency was fixed immediately! Our tech Scott was great and our camera specialist Davis was great too! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter
