Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Will County

We put in a new kitchen sink, but it’s deeper than the original, so the plumbing did not work. We called Saturday night, August 9, and Gene was here the next day. He cut down the existing drain pipes to fit the new sink, added new p-traps, had to add different mounts underneath the sink, and caulked the sink. Gene is such a nice guy, very respectful, and did amazing work! Thank you so much for getting us back in working order.

Had my septic lines rodded and roots removed. I'm very happy with the service. Brad was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain step by step. The dispatch/scheduling team were also very nice and professional. I got a same day appointment after being disappointed from another company who didn't show up for my appointment. We had a perfect experience today! Gene was early phoned ahead, very clear with what was needed and the cost. He was patient with me as he explained what was needed he laid down a tarp to protect my carpet and cleaned up and all within a timely manner, and it was the perfect person for the job.

We appreciate all the help from Mr.Rooter, they work fast and efficient. They do prefer cash which is fine, I don’t midnight it but you can also pay with card for a 3% fee. We had Brad and he explained everything to us very well and was patient with answering any questions. 10/10 service

Mr. Sexton came out on a Sunday and was very professional and he discovered the problem within a short period of time! We purchased drain cleaner also! He was very polite and courteous!
