Nappkn Pest and Home Services

Our experience with Kaylen and the team at Nappkn was amazing!! They were very responsive and communicated well through the whole process. We had moved into a rental home with a bad roach problem and they took care of it quickly and effectively. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking!

Kaylen was very professional and provided a full explanation of what would need to be done and how it would be done. He was prompt, communicative and did a great job on the exclusion and animal removal. I highly recommend Nappkn to anyone needing their services.

Kaylen and his team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We were having a roach problem at our house in central SA and not only did they get us scheduled super fast, they were very accommodating with our wishes on how we wanted it done. It feels so good to be able to put the issue in someone else’s hands and know that they will go above and beyond to take care of the problem. Highly recommend to anyone in need of their services. Thank you, thank you, thank you guys!!

Amazing service, meet all needs and very details on what was going to be done and went above and beyond. Fast, on responding on phone calls and on, showing up to my residence. Well knowledgeable on up varieties of different pests. I highly recommend this Establishment.

We've used Nappkn Pest Control for years now and he's a great guy and of course kills the bugs. My girls picked up bed bugs somehow, and Kaylen answered all my questions and guided us through what to do. Not a bedbug ever since. THANK YOU!

Called today and got service today for wasps outside driving out family crazy. Young man Kaleb? Who answered the phone was very, nice, friendly and helpful. And service tech Matthew was kind, informative and educating. Good price and detailed service. Thank yall so much!

I’m so disappointed that a company would try to take advantage of an elderly woman. My mother, Jackie Jeys, got an estimate for over $2600 to treat for bed bugs and a rat infestation. She has neither. When we asked for proof, they sent pictures that weren’t even taken at my mother's house. If I could give zero stars I would. Nobody should ever do business with Nappkn, they are an awful company making money off of the vulnerable. The reviews aren’t even real, they are paid reviews. I know you will respond and say you aren’t a customer like you do on all the bad reviews, but I have an estimate on your company letterhead.
