I hear they are a great company; the one star only reflects the woman who answers the phone--Whom ever the woman is who answers the phone---she is incredibly unprofessional; rude and ignorant!! If I didn't know that they had a good reputation for service, I would never use them based on her nasty attitude; This is not the kind of personality any company wants to have handle their customers. She sounds like she has zero education in customer service!

Very Genuine!! Honest Service. All about partnership and looking out for you. Had to 5-star review. They care about the client BIG time. Thank You guys so much; Truly could count on this group. Johnathon saved me a lot of money on my investments and properties. Management is great and they really care. They will not set you up for failure. I would say that National Water Restoration is the best company to ever exist. They were prompted to when I called in with a flood I had in my home. The staff is very polite and professional and helpful. I would so recommend their services again and refer them to my family and friends.

Talk about promptness! I had an emergency over the holidays and unfortunately came home to find my water heater leaking through the living room ceiling fan from the first floor and onto my sofa! It was awful. I called National Water Resotattion and they came right out to stop the leak. The next day on New Years, they came back and took my sofa for cleaning and began restoring it. The staff who came were extremely courteous of my thigs, and were very reliable. I am very critical when someone is working on my home, but with them I have absolutely no complaints about my experience with them. Reliably, trustworthy, and QUICK!! Thanks so much!

I call trying to set up an appointment for work she lied Never gave to the owner of my resume. I have all certifications and well qualified but she never seems to give my application to management. Very rude and unprofessional.
