Do not work with them at all. I first called them to repair the stove and they asked for $69.99 initial service fee that it will be applied towards invoice then they send me an invoice for $405 and when I told them that they should apply the $69.99, they went ahead and bumped the quote to $450 and then applied the 6999. They did not respond on time. I’d not call them otherwise you’d get screeed with a higher quote and if you want the credit to be applied you’d just get a higher quote .

Work is subcontracted. Technician arrived the following day. Repair was made and service was very expensive. Paid company $69.00 and aprox. $460.00 to Subcontractors. They told me their work was guaranteed for one year. The problem resurfaced and when I called them they said they would returned. They never showed up and they have not responded to my calls. Very irresponsible......

They were able to send a tech out to me the day I called. I thought that I’d have to buy a new fridge but the tech was able to get my fridge up and running with a new part on the same day! It’s been working great so far. Glad I hired them vs the people I previously used.
