Pat came to change out all the inside tank parts to both of my toilets. In addition, he noticed the new toilet seat box sitting on my bed and offered to install it for me. He finished in under an hour, while additionally changing out the washer in both of the water cut-off cocks. As of 4 days later, I have had no problems. He was nice, informative, and efficient. Northwest Plumbing, based in Rhome (formerly Saginaw), provided the parts that went inside the tanks, as well as the washers; I had already purchased the toilet seat. I was thrilled that he gave me a text when he was en route, and that the specified 2pm-3pm time period for his arrival was observed. He said I could call if any problems arose. Later, I found that this was the same company that had replaced a water heater for me a couple of years before. My original phone call was answered by Anna, a nice receptionist, who told me what I could expect, which put my mind at ease. Total cost came to $243.00, which I thought was reasonable. Will use this company again.

I emailed Northwest this morning and asked if they could help me. Quick response and I was able to schedule and they came out the same day. Pat was great. Good job and he explained everything. Thank you!

This will be my go to for any plumbing needs. They got someone out to me the same day I called as I had water leaking from my roof. Pat showed up and was awesome. Reasonable and fast.

Pat did a great job installing our new garbage disposal. Even had to go get a part and didn't charge us extra. Very honest and very good prices. Will use them again.

Pat was professional, knowledgeable and did a good job clearing our clog. However, he arrived 1.5 hrs past the scheduled window and without any notification that he was running late. More communication regarding his arrival status would have been helpful, especially on a Friday afternoon/evening. I would have also appreciated more up front info regarding the pricing, as I was a little surprised by the final cost and there was no detailed breakdown provided.

On time as always and best value and work done. Will definitely be using them from now on. Thought I only had one leak and come to find out it was actually two of them. The second leak was from a previous repair from a deferent company. Thank goodness Pat took the time to look and make sure there wasn't any others and found the second one.
