We were very pleased with our experience from our sales guy Ryan to our install crew, Angel, Santo, Lima, Rolando, Miguel & Daniel. Everyone we have had contact with has been very professional and helped us understand exactly how the process works. One of the companies we had out had readings in one room that were so different from Olshan, Ryan came back out to ensure he had not missed something. We got several quotes and at the end of the day, longevity is one of the main reasons we made the decision to go with Olshan. A lifetime warranty is only good for the life of the company that offers it. We feel confident if we have any issues in the future, we can pick up the phone and call and Olshan will be there to help!

We had the pleasure to meet Chris Martinez today. We scheduled an appointment to look at two different homes on the same property. Chris sent a text message letting us know his arrival time and arrived as scheduled. He introduced himself and shared some information regarding the company. We were very pleased with our recent purchase of a foundation watering system from Olshan. Olshan representative Josh G. came to our home, evaluated our internal settling during drought periods and presented multiple options for our consideration. After we chose the Foundation Watering System, Melissa, in the main office, worked with us to set up a manageable schedule and provided excellent communication between plumbing and trench digging steps, as well as payment assistance. We also appreciated the one-year warranty on our system and Olshan’s Radar Scan service of our foundation.
